Typically I require a 50% down payment before I start on your piece. However, I am willing to work with you on payment plans if pricing is a struggle.

There is 100% guarantee that no generative AI has been used in the creation of this artwork.

You may NOT knowingly upload, distribute, or otherwise add my artwork to generative AI systems, unless expressly agreed upon in a commercial use commission contract basis. You may NOT alter, collage, or otherwise integrate my work with generative AI work into a single piece unless expressly agreed upon in a commercial use commission contract.

If I find that you have broken these terms at any point when we have not worked out one of the stipulations above, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

Production times vary but are typically within 7-21 business days from start of the project.
